I have been working with Glacier Tanks for a while, designing everything from catalogs to web banners and was recently asked to redesign their e-commerce website. The challenge was to make what are essentially plumbing parts “sexy”. Like a lot of the other pieces, I designed it to have more of a brewpub type of vibe with warmer colors and earthy elements.
I was approached by this non-profit, that helps facilitate translation work for crisis centers around the globe, to help redesign their website, including many of the infographics and images. I designed the map graphics, background image with “thank you” words as well as several other page graphics.
Sadowitz Veterinary Acupuncture needed a brand new website for their business. I designed and developed the site with practice information and incorporated the clients Square account allowing customers to book sessions directly on the site. The website also has a mobile friendly version. http://www.squatchypuncture.com/
AK Builders, inc. is a local Portland contractor business. They wanted a new website that reflected the craftsman level work they do. I redesigned the site using lots of rustic elements. I provided them with a better ability to display photo galleries of past work, integrated an Instagram feed that appears on all pages, and added a blog section. The website also has a mobile friendly version. http://www.akbuildersnw.com/
The Portland Triathlon Club needed a community website. I designed the header banners and background to be incorporated into their Wordpress template.
MotoSport.com wanted to focus on quality recruitment. I worked closely with the HR Director to develop a brand style for those efforts including designing and developing an internal career page where there was previously just a text listing of jobs, postcards, business cards, posters and more. I provided art direction for the entire campaign as well as hands-on design of the career pages.
I developed the brand identity for the new CycleSport.com. I collaborated with another designer to develop the logo which was incorporated into marketing pieces like water bottles, cycling gear and more. I designed the site and external display creative and defined the style guide for the brand.
A series of email campaigns were designed to match the brand identity created for CycleSport.com. Approximately 1-2 emails per week were designed and coded.
The Clackamas Cove Triathlon was a new event started in 2013 by a fellow triathlete. He asked me to design the logo, website, postcards, brochures and race t-shirts. I developed the entire brand identity for the race.
MotoSport.com offers a quarterly motorcycle giveaway where the winner can choose from 5 bike packages. My role in this campaign as the Creative Manager was to project manage all facets of design, creative direction and execution. I worked with the assigned designer to develop the creative direction, worked with development teams to set up functionality of signup and ad display, and ensured all creative was cohesive across the website, social media and external display.
With the growing need for social interaction, I provided creative direction to one of the designers to develop MotoSport branded designs that would scale depending on the end user's device. I had to ensure the designs were eye-catching no matter the size.
